Joshua Lawton

Josh, an Army veteran, led a national healthcare pilot for a Presidential Major Initiative as a senior government official under President Obama and served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on managing high-risk, high-reward research and development efforts, including the commercialization of game-changing technologies. He has an instructing background as an adjunct at the McCombs Business School, as well as being a DISC-certified instructor. He holds an MS in Technology Commercialization from the McCombs School of Business and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant, and LSSGB.

Rodney Lee

Rodney, an Air Force veteran, has led training and instructing efforts in the public and private sectors. He has developed and led training for multiple US Air Force operations, cybersecurity in several industries, and Project Management Professional (PMP) courses. He has also managed the training programs across multiple organizations, ensuring that the most relevant materials were incorporated into training plans. He holds an MS in Technology Commercialization from the McCombs School of Business and an MBA from Columbia Southern University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Pragmatic Marketing Certified, Certified Scrum Master, and is a certified instructor through the US Air Force.

Norman Emineth

Norman is a Navy Veteran who has over seven years of analytical experience as a cybersecurity expert. In this role, Norman supervised the analysis, production, and release of geospatial intelligence products for the Office of Naval Intelligence and all-source intelligence products for the National Security Agency. He has a large amount of entrepreneurial experience, founding two businesses and managing budgets of over $250,000 in the last five years. He holds a Master of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Tiara Davis

Tiara is an Air Force Veteran who has several years of experience as a Contract Specialist and Procurement Analyst. In these roles, she managed acquisition processes, federal contracting requirements, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and effective negotiation of agreements. Tiara holds a BA in General Studies from American Public University, along with a CCAF degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management. She also maintains a Federal Acquisitions Certification in Contracting and an active DoD Secret Clearance.
